montyroberts.life is not just another biography website. It is the definitive digital archive of William “Monty” Munro Roberts III — built to preserve his legacy for future generations.
Purpose
This site documents Monty's influence across marketing, motorsports, entertainment, advertising, ministry, and philanthropy. It is built as a museum-quality resource — a place for family, historians, racing fans, and marketers to explore a life that helped shape all of those worlds.
Editorial standards
- Verified public history is stated plainly.The Busch Clash's 1979 debut, Ontario Motor Speedway's construction, and the “Head for the Mountains” campaign are matters of public record.
- Family records are identified as such.Where a detail rests on family accounts or recollections, the text says so — “family accounts credit,” “according to family records.”
- Corrections are welcome. Every page invites corrections, and source notes explain what each chapter rests on.
- Privacy is protected. Living relatives are named only with consent; personal identifiers are redacted from published documents.
